Due to the nature of our business, and many items being collector’s items, sealed in boxes and/or untouched, we do not accept returns. In certain circumstances, we may accept exchanges but those cases will be handled on a case by case basis.

We visually inspect all items that are not manufacture sealed to make sure they look in the exact condition as described.

For instance, rubber seals, belts or gaskets might have dried out over time needing replacement for restored functionality.
